Bill Owen

Actor Bill Owen played the character Compo in the TV series “ Last of the Summer Wine”. This relief was carved directly onto a 5 tonne block of sandstone. It was commissioned for the village of Holmfirth where much of the series was filmed. It celebrates the beloved character’s enduring legacy.
